Tunisian Millet Bowl

- β4-6 slices Flatbreadpreferably day-old
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 tsp Tunisian spice blend
- βto taste Salt
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantro

1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. Cook millet according to package instructions.

3. Warm flatbread in the oven for 2-3 minutes.

4. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

5. Add Tunisian spice blend and cook for 1 minute.

6. Add cooked millet to the pan and toss with spice blend.
