Stroopwafel Pudding
A Dutch-inspired dessert combining the crunch of stroopwafels with a creamy pudding.

- β2 tablespoons Stroop
- β1 package (4 servings) Pudding mix
- β2 cups Milk
- β1 cup Sugar
- β1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- β6-8 Dutch cookies (stroopwafels)
- βoptional Whipped cream

In a large mixing bowl, combine pudding mix, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.

Whisk until well combined and let sit for 5 minutes.

Crush the stroopwafels into small pieces and set aside.

Spoon half of the pudding mixture into individual serving cups.

Top with crushed stroopwafels and spoon the remaining pudding mixture on top.
