Peruvian Empanada Baguette Sandwich

- β2 Peruvian Empanadapre-cooked
- β1 Baguettesplit in half
- β2 slices Molten Cheesesuch as queso fresco
- β1 Wholesome Avocadomashed
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantrochopped

Instructions

Preheat a pan or griddle to medium heat.

Place the baguette on the pan and toast until lightly browned.

Spread a layer of mashed avocado on the bottom half of the baguette.

Add 2 slices of molten cheese on top of the avocado.

Place the pre-cooked empanada on top of the cheese.
