Baked Sea Bass with Egyptian Spices

- β4 fillets (6 oz each) Sea Bass Fillets
- β2 tbsp Egyptian Spice Blend
- β1 tsp Monsoon Salt
- β1 cup Bake Breadcrumbs
- β2 tbsp Jammy Olive Oil
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsley

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season the sea bass fillets with Monsoon salt and Egyptian spice blend.

Dip each fillet in the Bake breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat the Jammy olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the coated sea bass fillets in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side.
