Monsoon Beef Noodles
A hearty beef noodle dish perfect for a cold day. The juicy beef and savory gravy make this a standout recipe.
Ingredients
- β500g beef stripssuch as flank steak or ribeye
- β200g noodlessuch as udon or egg noodles
- β200ml gravyhomemade or store-bought
- β1 tsp monsoonground monsoon spice blend
- β500ml juicy beef brothlow sodium
- β1 tbsp canadian all-purpose flourfor thickening
- β200ml beef brothlow sodium
- β100ml wateras needed for gravy

Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat beef broth in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove beef from pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add monsoon spice blend and cook for 1 minute.

Add gravy, beef broth, and flour to the pan. Stir to combine.

Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add beef back to the pan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Stir in juicy beef broth and cook for 1 minute.
