Jamaican Pecan Chicken Stew
A flavorful stew that combines the spices of Jamaica with the crunch of pecans. This dish is perfect for a cold winter's night.

- β1 cup sour cream
- β2 teaspoons jamaican jerk seasoning
- β1 package stew mix
- β2 cups water
- β1 medium onionchopped

- β1 medium bell pepperchopped

In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat.

Season the chicken breast with Jamaican jerk seasoning and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-6 minutes.

Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped bell pepper to the pot and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
