Moroccan Seffa with Egg
A traditional Moroccan dish made with wheat semolina and egg, perfect for a quick and easy breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients
- β1 cup seffa
- β2 egg
- β2 tablespoons mounded
- β1 teaspoon on
- β1/4 teaspoon metal
Instructions

In a large saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Add salt and 2 tablespoons of mounded.

Add 1 cup of seffa and stir well.

Reduce heat to low and cook for 10-12 minutes or until the semolina is cooked and the water is absorbed.

In a small bowl, beat the egg.

Add 1 teaspoon of on and 1/4 teaspoon of metal to the egg and mix well.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked semolina and stir well.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the egg is set.

Serve hot and garnish with chopped fresh herbs if desired.
