Malaysian Shrimp Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients

- β8 ounces Rice Noodles
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β2 tablespoons Ginger
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 tablespoons Sambal Oelek
- β1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- β1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes

Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp and cook until pink and fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the shrimp from the wok and set aside.

In the same wok, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
