Spicy Korean Mussels Stew
A flavorful and spicy Korean-inspired stew made with succulent mussels, savory stew, and a hint of monsoon spices.
Ingredients

- β2 teaspoons Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)adjust to taste

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add mussels, stew, chili flakes, monsoon spices, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir to combine.

Cover the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the mussels are cooked through.
