Saudi Arabian Lamb Kebabs
A flavorful and aromatic dish of marinated lamb grilled to perfection, inspired by the traditional street foods of Saudi Arabia.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubesMake sure to trim any excess fat
- β1 cup YogurtPlain, full-fat yogurt works best

In a blender or food processor, combine yogurt, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

Place the lamb cubes in a large bowl and pour the yogurt marinade over them. Mix well to coat.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers.

Brush the kebabs with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145Β°F (63Β°C) for medium-rare.
