Brazilian Perilla Skewers
A delicious and flavorful Brazilian-inspired dish featuring marinated perilla leaves on skewers, perfect for a summer barbecue.
Ingredients
- β1 bunch Perilla leavesFresh or frozen, thawed
- β2 tbsp Olive oilFor brushing skewers
- β2 tbsp Lime juiceFor marinating perilla leaves
- β1 tsp SaltTo taste
- β1/4 tsp Black pepperTo taste
- β1 tsp Smoked paprikaFor added smokiness

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
