Egyptian-Style Stuffed Tacos with Mulukhiyah
Mulukhiyah, a popular Egyptian leafy green, is paired with tacos for a unique twist on traditional tacos. Simply sauté the mulukhiyah with garlic and spices, then stuff it inside tacos with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients
- ●2 cups, chopped Mulukhiyah
- ●1 pound Ground beef or ground turkey
- ●8-10 shells Tacos shells
- ●1 medium, diced Onion
- ●2 cloves, minced Garlic
- ●1 teaspoon Cumin
- ●1 teaspoon Paprika
- ●1/2 teaspoon Salt
- ●1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- ●1 cup Tzatziki sauce

1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.

2. Add the ground beef or turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

3. Add the onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

4. Stir in the chopped mulukhiyah and cook until wilted.

5. Warm the tacos shells according to the package instructions.
