A simple Japanese-inspired toast recipe using shoyu and koji.

- β2 tablespoons Shoyu
- β1 slice Toast
- β1 teaspoon Mushy rice vinegar
- β1 clove, minced Egyptian garlic

Grill the Koji bread until slightly toasted.
