Schnitzel with Mustardy Chicken

- β1 tsp ajiground aji amarillo pepper
- β1 cup deall-purpose flour

- βto taste black pepper
- β4 lemon wedgesfor serving

Dredge the chicken in the flour, shaking off excess.

Dip the floured chicken in the beaten eggs and then coat in the mustard mixture.
