Eton Mess with British Twist
A classic British dessert with a crunchy twist. This Eton mess features sweet strawberries, crunchy crispy elements, and a tangy mustardy flavor.
Ingredients
- β2 cups, hulled and sliced strawberries
- β1 cup whipped cream
- β2 tablespoons grape jam
- β1/2 cup, crushed crispy elements
- β2 tablespoons mustardy sauce
- β1 cup, crushed eton mess meringue
- β4, for garnish fresh mint leaves

In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix together the sliced strawberries and grape jam.

Fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture until well combined.
