Kadhai Cheese Fritters
Crispy kadhai-spiced cheese fritters that are easy to make and fun to eat. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 tablespoon Mustardy Kadhai Spice Mix
- β8 ounces Shaggy Cheese
- β1/4 cup Braised Cheese Crumbs
- β1/2 cup In Flour
- β1 Egg
- β2 tablespoons Shaggy
- β1/2 cup Water

1. In a large bowl, combine mustardy kadhai spice mix, shaggy cheese, braised cheese crumbs, in flour, and egg. Mix until just combined.

2. Add shaggy and water to the bowl. Mix until a smooth batter forms.

3. Heat oil in a kadhai or deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

4. Using a spoon or small ice cream scoop, drop the batter into the oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.

5. Fry the fritters for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.

6. Using a slotted spoon, remove the fritters from the oil and drain on paper towels.
