Smoky Shrimp Pilaf
A flavorful and aromatic pilaf dish loaded with smoky shrimp and a hint of spice.
Ingredients
- β2 tsp smoky paprika
- β2 tbsp mustardy aioli
- β1 cup russian short-grain rice
- β1 lb shrimp
- β2 cups chicken broth
- β1 tsp vegetable oil
- βto taste salt
- βchopped (for garnish) fresh parsley
Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove shrimp and set aside.

In the same skillet, add smoky paprika and cook for 1 minute.

Add aioli and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add rice and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed.

Fluff the pilaf with a fork and stir in cooked shrimp.
