- β200ml coconut milkfull-fat
- β60g bottargaItalian cured tuna roe
- β2 tsp corianderground
- β1 tsp cuminground
- β1 tsp paprikasmoked
- βto taste salt
- βfor grilling peanut oil
- β2 tbsp kecap manissweet soy sauce
- β2 limesjuice only
