Argentinian Beef Skewers
A classic Argentinian recipe featuring charred beef skewers grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β500g beef sirloincut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor brushing skewers
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1/2 cup chimichurristore-bought or homemade
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread beef cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the skewers with the olive oil mixture, making sure each piece of beef is coated.

Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Meanwhile, warm the chimichurri sauce according to package instructions or by heating it in a saucepan over low heat.
