Turkish-Style Beef Doner Kebab
A classic Turkish dish featuring thinly sliced beef, served in a warm pita with crunchy vegetables and creamy sauce.

- ●1/4 cup Mayonnaiseoptional
- ●2 tablespoons Turkish-Style Salad Dressingoptional
- ●1 cup Beef Brothfor marinating

1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, beef broth, and a pinch of salt. Mix well with your hands until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

3. Preheat a vertical spit or a large skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Remove the meat from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off.

5. Thread the meat onto the spit or skewers, if using.
