Pan-Seared Snapper with Venezuelan Seasoning

- β1 tsp naturally smoked paprika
- β1 tsp crispy garlic powder
- β1 tsp venezuelan seasoningstore-bought or homemade
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β4 lemon wedges
- β2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Rinse the snapper fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the snapper with salt, black pepper, and venezuelan seasoning.

Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
