Chestnut and Earthy Venezuelan Casserole

- β2 cups Waterfor boiling chestnuts
- β1 tsp Earthy Spice Blendavailable at most Latin American markets
- β1 tsp Ground Cuminto taste
- βto taste Saltoptional
- βto taste Black Pepperoptional
- β1 cup Shredded Cheeseoptional for topping

Boil the chestnuts in water for 10 minutes, then drain and slice.

Follow the package instructions for preparing the Venezuelan casserole.

In a large skillet, combine the sliced chestnuts, Venezuelan casserole, earthy spice blend, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
