Ingredients
- β1 pound farfalle pasta
- β1 cup shredded goey mozzarella cheese
- β1/4 cup Mediterranean hummus
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- β1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- βto taste salt

- β2 cloves minced garlic

Cook the farfalle pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, hummus, parsley, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
