Brazilian Smoky Wrap
A delicious Brazilian-inspired wrap filled with smoky chicken and naturally sweet corn.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Chicken BreastCut into thin strips
- β1/2 pound Smoky SausageCut into thin slices
- β1 cup Corn KernelsFresh or frozen
- β1 WrapLarge flour tortilla
- β1/4 cup Sour CreamOptional
- β1/4 cup Chopped Fresh CilantroOptional
- β1/2 cup Sliced Red OnionOptional
- β Salt and PepperTo taste
- β2 tablespoons Olive OilFor brushing the wrap

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Grill chicken and sausage for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Slice the grilled chicken and sausage into thin strips.

Grill corn kernels for 2-3 minutes per side, or until slightly charred.

Warm the wrap by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the wrap by spreading sour cream on the bottom half, followed by slices of chicken, sausage, corn, cilantro, and red onion.
