Smoky Filipino Pappardelle
A fusion of Filipino and Italian flavors, this recipe combines the smokiness of grilled meats with the creaminess of a Filipino-inspired sauce.
Ingredients

- β1 lb pork shoulderthinly sliced
- β6 slices naturally smoked baconcrumbled
- β1 large onionthinly sliced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tbsp fish sauceoptional
- β1 cup coconut milkfull-fat
- β1 tsp sambal oelekoptional
- βto taste saltoptional
- βto taste black pepperoptional

2. Grill pork shoulder for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

3. Crumble bacon and cook in a pan over medium heat until crispy.
