Venezuelan Beef Wrap
A flavorful and spicy beef wrap inspired by the cuisine of Venezuela. Marinated beef is grilled to perfection and wrapped in a warm tortilla with fresh toppings.

1. In a blender or food processor, combine nectarous, Venezuelan seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to make marinade.

2. Place beef strips in a large zip-top plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour marinade over beef, turning to coat. Seal or cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove beef from marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.

4. Grill beef for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 135Β°F for medium-rare.

5. Transfer beef to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.

6. Warm tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

7. Assemble wraps by placing beef strips onto a tortilla, followed by a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, a sprinkle of chopped cilantro (if desired), and a squeeze of lime juice.
