Greek Pancakes with Whipped Semolina Topping

- β1/2 cup 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- β1/4 cup 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- β1/2 tsp 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- β1/4 tsp 1/4 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 cup 1/4 cup melted butter

In a large bowl, whisk together semolina flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, Greek yogurt, and melted butter.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.

Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.

Drop the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the pan.
