Thai Kenyan Beef Stir Fry

- β2 medium Nice crunchy carrotspeeled and grated

- β2 tablespoons Stir fry sauceThai red curry paste

Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onions and fry until they are translucent.
