Ethiopian Alicha Stew

- β1 cup Kikdried, soaked overnight
- β2 tablespoons Alichaground spice mix

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and cook until softened.

Add soaked kik and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender.
