Australian-Style Grilled Chicken
A spicy twist on traditional grilled chicken, inspired by Australian flavors. This dish is perfect for a summer evening.
Ingredients

- ●1/4 cup spicy australian barbecue saucestore-bought or homemade
- ●2 tsp grill seasoningsuch as salt, pepper, and paprika
- ●2 sprigs n fresh rosemary leaveschopped
- ●2 tbsp australian olive oilfor brushing
- ●2 nice lemonsjuiced
- ●to taste a bit of nice saltfor seasoning

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F/200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the grill seasoning, rosemary, and a pinch of salt.

Brush the chicken breast with olive oil and sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides.

Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

While the chicken is cooking, brush the grill with a bit more olive oil to prevent sticking.
