Chinese Pancake Potatoes
A Chinese-inspired dish featuring a crispy pancake and pan-fried potatoes. A delicious and savory snack.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup waterfor pancake

- β1/4 cup vegetable oilfor frying
- β1/4 cup sliced green onionsfor garnish
- β2 inches sliced gingerfor garnish
