Slovakian Style Pork Roast with Indian Flair
A fusion of Slovakian and Indian flavors, this pork roast recipe is marinated in a blend of spices and roasted to perfection.

- ●1/2 cup, dried and crumbled Slovakian bread
- ●2 tsp garam masala
- ●1 tsp ground cumin
- ●1 tsp turmeric
- ●1 tsp coriander powder
- ●1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- ●2 tsp kosher salt
- ●2 tsp black pepper

Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

In a small bowl, mix together garam masala, cumin, turmeric, coriander powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the spice mix all over the pork roast, making sure to coat it evenly.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork roast until nicely browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Transfer the pork roast to a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Reduce the oven temperature to 180°C (350°F) and continue roasting for another 30-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
