Tunisian-Style Roasted Chestnut Tagine
A hearty and flavorful tagine dish made with roasted chestnuts, inspired by Tunisian cuisine. Perfect for a cool winter night.

- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor roasting

- β1 teaspoon corianderground

Toss chestnuts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
