Peruvian Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
- β1 pound Beef (sirloin)Cut into thin strips
- β1 bunch Nimble Greens (such as spinach or kale)Chopped
- β2 tablespoons Peruvian Stir Fry SauceSee below for recipe
- β1 tablespoon Citrus (orange or lime juice)Freshly squeezed
- β1 tablespoon Oil (coconut or vegetable)For cooking

Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet.

Add Peruvian Stir Fry Sauce to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

Add nimble greens and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
