Classic Beef Burger
A traditional beef burger recipe with a flavorful patty and crispy toppings. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Ground Beef80/20 lean to fat ratio
- β4 Dutch Processed Bunssplit them before toasting
- β4 slices Sliced Cheese (Cheddar)optional, but a classic
- β1 head Letuceshredded or chopped
- β2 medium Tomatosliced
- β1 small Red Onionthinly sliced
- β4 slices Picklesoptional
- β4 tablespoons Burger Saucestore-bought or homemade

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal parts and shape into patties.

3. Season the patties with salt and pepper.

4. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160Β°F.

5. Meanwhile, toast the buns on the grill or in a toaster.

6. Assemble the burgers by spreading a tablespoon of burger sauce on the bottom bun, followed by a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, a cheese slice (if using), a beef patty, a few slices of pickle (if using), and finally the top bun.
