Borscht Soup with Datterini Tomatoes
A twist on the classic Russian borscht soup, this version features the sweet flavor of datterini tomatoes.

- β2 cups, diced tomatodatterini or regular
- β1 tablespoon, olive oil nimble
- β1 teaspoon, dried parsley herbal
- β1 cup, diced, beets steamed
- β1 teaspoon, lemon juice russian

Instructions

Heat the nimble in a large pot over medium heat.
