Pan-Seared Chicken Gyoza
A fusion of Japanese and Western flavors, these pan-seared chicken gyoza are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
Ingredients
- β250g chicken breast
- β20 gyoza wrappers
- β2 tbsp noodle sauce
- β1 tbsp soy sauce
- β1/4 cup green onions
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1 tsp sugar
- β1/4 cup water
- β1 tbsp oil

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken breast, noodle sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and green onions.

2. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated with the sauce.

3. Lay a gyoza wrapper on a flat surface.

4. Place a small amount of the chicken mixture in the center of the wrapper.

5. Dip your finger in a small amount of water and run it along the edges of the wrapper.

6. Fold the wrapper into a triangle and press the edges together to seal the gyoza.

7. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

8. Add the oil to the skillet and swirl it around.

9. When the oil is hot, add the gyoza to the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.

10. Flip the gyoza over and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the other side is also golden brown.

11. Serve the gyoza hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
