Warak Enab Fritters
A Middle Eastern-inspired fritter dish made with crispy warak enab and flavorful spices, perfect as a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients
- β1 bunch Warak Enab
- β1 bulb Fennelfinely chopped
- β1 cup Nimble flourall-purpose flour
- β2 tsp Middle Eastern spicesdried oregano, cumin, coriander
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1/2 tsp Black pepper
- β1 Eggbeaten
- β1/4 cup Water

Preheat oil in a deep frying pan to 375Β°F.

Sift together flour, spices, salt, and pepper.

Add chopped fennel and beaten egg to the flour mixture. Mix well.

Add warak enab and water to the mixture. Knead for 5 minutes.

Shape the dough into small patties.
