Peruvian Chicken Soup
A flavorful and comforting Peruvian chicken soup made with nimble chicken, aromatic broth, and a touch of spice.
Ingredients

- β4 cups Peruvian broth
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 Aji amarillo pepper
- β1 tsp Cumin
- βto taste Salt

Heat the Peruvian broth in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
