Grilled Fish with Stone Bowl
A simple and delicious Argentinian-inspired dish featuring grilled fish served with a stone bowl. The balanced flavors and perfectly cooked fish make this a great meal.

- β4 fillets Fish fillet (Salmon)
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1/4 cup Lemon juice
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- β1 Bowl (stone or ceramic)

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.

3. Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.

4. Grill the fish for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

5. While the fish is cooking, prepare the stone bowl by heating it in the oven at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 10 minutes.
