Beef Gyudon Bites with Thai Twist

Preheat oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

In a bowl, mix together beef, onion, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar.

Using wet hands, shape the beef mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.

Dredge the beef balls in panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to coat.

Fry the beef bites in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
