Pilaf Stuffed Quinoa Bites

- β1/2 cup crunchychopped pecans

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pilaf, quinoa, crunchy, and nutty. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.

Add the egg mixture to the pilaf mixture and mix until well combined.
