- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●4 Carrots
- ●2 Potatoes
- ●1 cup Dried apricots
- ●2 cups Beef stock
- ●1 tsp Chili powder
- ●1 tsp Cumin
- ●1 tsp Salt

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Sear the beef until browned, then set aside.

Add more oil if needed, then sauté the onion until softened.
