Japanese Stew with Nourishing Seaweed

- β1/2 pound Basque ChorizoSlice into thin rounds
- β2 tablespoons Poppy Seeds
- β1 cup Seeds (sunflower or pumpkin)
- β2 cups Stew Vegetables (carrots, potatoes, onions)Chop into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- β1/4 cup Green OnionsChop into thin slices
