Uruguayan Flaxseed Skillet
A hearty and nutritious dish inspired by the flavors of Uruguay, made with flaxseed and cooked to perfection in a skillet.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Flaxseed
- β1/2 cup Charred Scallionscharred in a skillet
- β1 Skilletfor cooking
- β2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1/4 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese (optional)

Heat the skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the olive oil and swirl to coat.

Add the charred scallions and cook for 2-3 minutes.
