Australian Fish Bake
A simple and delicious fish bake recipe, inspired by Australian flavors, featuring a nourishing and cheesy twist.

- β6 ounces Cod fillets (4-6)Fresh fish, skin removed
- β2 Lemon wedges (4-6)Fresh lemons
- β1 cup Australian bush tomato sauceHomemade or store-bought
- β120g Cheddar cheese (1 cup shredded)Shredded or grated

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Rinse the cod fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.
