Lamb Vada Pav
A popular Indian street food recipe, Lamb Vada Pav is a twist on the classic vada pav with lamb instead of potatoes. The crispy pav buns are served with a flavorful lamb vada.
Ingredients

- ●4 Vada pav bunsCrisp pav buns
- ●1 medium OnionsFinely chopped
- ●2-3 Green chiliesFinely chopped
- ●1 tsp Cumin seedsWhole cumin seeds
- ●1 tsp Coriander powderGround coriander powder
- ●1/2 tsp Garam masala powderGround garam masala powder
- ●1 tsp SaltTo taste
- ●2 tbsp Lemon juiceFreshly squeezed

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

2. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

3. Add chopped onions and sauté until they are translucent.

4. Add chopped green chilies and sauté for another minute.

5. Add ground lamb and cook until it is browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

6. Add coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.

7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

9. Divide the lamb mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into vadas.

10. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry the vadas until they are golden brown and crispy.

11. Toast the pav buns by grilling them lightly or toasting in a toaster.
