Crisp Slovakian Salad with Danmuji
A refreshing Thai-inspired salad featuring crisp Slovakian ingredients and the sweetness of danmuji.

- β250g Slovakian radishes
- β200g Danmuji
- β100g Mixed greens
- β2 Chili peppers
- β50g Peanuts
- β2tbsp Fish sauce
- β2tbsp Lime juice
- β1tbsp Sugar

1. Slice the Slovakian radishes and mixed greens into thin strips.

2. Cut the danmuji into bite-sized pieces.

3. Heat the peanuts in a pan over medium heat until crispy.

4. In a large bowl, combine the sliced radishes, mixed greens, danmuji, and peanuts.
