Grilled Arabian Shrimp Skewers with Myeongnan Roe
A flavorful and healthy dish that combines the richness of Myeongnan roe with the spiciness of Arabian spices, served with crispy shrimp skewers.
Ingredients
- β12 pieces Large Shrimppeeled and deveined
- β2 tbsp Myeongnan Roeoptional
- β1 tsp Arabian Spice Blendor to taste
- β2 tbsp Lemon Juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 tbsp Olive Oilfor brushing skewers
- β1 dozen Skewerspreferably bamboo

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together Arabian Spice Blend and lemon juice.

3. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat with the spice mixture.

4. Thread shrimp onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

5. Brush the skewers with olive oil.

6. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
