Uruguayan Cazuela with Speck
A hearty and comforting Uruguayan stew made with speck, beef, and nourishing ingredients.

- β1kg Ground Beef
- β1 cup Nourishingoptional
- β1 tsp Uruguayanground cumin
- β2 cups Cazuelabeef broth
- β1 medium Onion
- β2 medium Potato
- β2 medium Carrot

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add speck and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add onion, potato, and carrot to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are slightly tender, about 5 minutes.

Add cazuela (beef broth), nourishing (optional), and Uruguayan (ground cumin) to the pot.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 1-2 hours, or until the meat and vegetables are tender.
